What is dropshipping?
Dropshipping is a process of selling products without having to hold any physical stock. You would normally sell the products at any price you prefer. When an item is sold, your customer pays you for it. You then pay us our price and provide us with delivery details of your customer. We then dropship the product to your customer securely and safely. The difference between the price you sold the item for; and the price you paid us for the item is your profit, which is all yours to keep!
How does dropshipping work?
Let's say you decide to sell a product from the Techcessories website, which costs £5.00. You then choose to sell the product for £20.00 + £4.50 P&P. After the customer has paid you £24.50, you would forward the £5.00 + £4.50 P&P to us, and keep the £15.00 profit without picking, packing or posting the item. That's our job!

1. How do I register for a dropshipping account?
Simply click here and fill in the trade application form.
2. Do I have to pay a fee to use your dropshipping service?
No! There is no fee to use our dropshipping service, it's absolutely FREE! However at the time of registration we will ask you where our products are being sold, simply to protect all resellers.
3. What happens after I have registered for a dropshipping account?
Once your details have been submitted to us, we will go through your application and upon approval your dropshipping account will be activated. You will be sent an account number and password to login to the Techcessories website and view prices.
4. OK! Im ready to do business. What's the next step?
You should start placing orders as you sell item(s) from the Techcessories website. You would need to pay for each order as you go and if you are getting a lot of orders dropshipped we will consider credit terms.
5. How do I pay for my orders?
After you have logged in, added your orders to your shopping basket and checked out, you will have the option to pay for your order via Google Checkout & Credit Card.
6. How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?
We will dispatch all orders within 24 hrs (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Let's say you place your order on Monday, the latest we will post your order out will be on Tuesday. We use Royal Mail for our dropship orders and delivery time within the UK is usually 1-3 working days from the day of dispatching the order.
7. Do you dropship overseas?
Yes we ship overdeas. We use Royal Mail Airmail & Signed-For to dropship international orders. Delivery time is usually 5-10 working days from the day of shipping the order.
8. What about customer service if I or my customer has any questions?
Our customer service is our No.1 priority. You can contact us via live help, email or telephone. Emails will be replied to within 24 hours, however usually within only a few hours!
9. How do I know a product is in stock?
Any product which is out of stock, will clearly state "out of stock" on the website product page. When a product is back in stock we will notify you via email.

11. Will your company name be mentioned anywhere when the product arrives to my customer?
No. We will only mark the package with a return address but no mention of our company.
